Under general supervision, the Paralegal will assist SPLC’s Children’s Rights attorneys with education and children’s mental health case management and support, court filings, field investigations, discovery, trial preparation and support, file organization and management, training and other special projects, and administrative tasks. The Paralegal will also assist with research related to litigation/legal case development and/or the issues related to the general mission of SPLC.
